For founders & executives who are the best at what they do, and the least known
Get booked on the podcasts your ideal clients listen to. Not the biggest shows. The right ones.
A host your buyers already trust introduces you, and you get 45 minutes to show them how you think. No ad does that. We find the shows, pitch you, and handle everything else.
What problems does this solve?
- You're great at what you do, but your buyers haven't heard of you yet.
- Competitors with less to say get more attention than you.
- Cold outreach and ads keep costing more and landing less.
- Prospects need more trust before they'll buy, invest, or partner with you.
- You know you should be putting out content, but you don't have the time.
This is for some people. Not everyone.
We'd rather tell you now than waste your time on a call.
It's for you if
- You're a founder, CEO, or C-suite leader.
- Your buyers are a specific group of people you can describe.
- You know your stuff and can talk about it for 45 minutes.
- You want to be known in your space, not just seen once.
- You don't have time to research shows and send pitches yourself.
It's not for you if
- You need leads by next Friday. This builds over months.
- You only want the biggest shows. Those want guests of the same caliber, or charge $10K–$50K per appearance. That's not what we do.
- You won't put a few hours a month into it.
Some of the shows we've booked clients on
Audience size isn't the point. Fit is. But these are still some pretty cool shows.
Benefits of podcast guesting
The host vouches for you
Hosts only invite guests they think will deliver for their audience. When they bring you on, that's an endorsement your buyers trust more than any pitch you could send.
45 minutes of real attention
An ad gets a few seconds before the scroll. A podcast gets your buyers' full attention on their commute, at the gym, or at their desk, while you show them how you think.
Each show gets you the next one
Your first appearance makes you credible for your second. Hosts research their guests, and seeing you on other good shows tells them you're worth their audience's time.
One episode, weeks of content
We turn each episode into 15–30 clips, quote graphics, and posts. One hour of talking fills your feed for weeks.
It keeps working after it airs
Episodes stay live and keep getting found. Hosts know other hosts, and guests know other guests. One good conversation turns into introductions you'd never get from cold outreach.
Google & AI
When people (and AI) look you up, what do they find?
Before a buyer takes your call, they Google you. More and more, they ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini too. Those answers come from what's already out there about you. If there isn't much, someone else tells your story. Or nobody does.
Every episode is a page about you
Episode pages, show notes, and transcripts live on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and the host's site. That's more places your name shows up next to what you do, and more for search and AI to find.
Your story, in your words
On a podcast you explain what you do, who you help, and why it works, in your own voice. That's what ends up on the record when someone looks for information about you.
Other people vouching for you
What others say about you carries more weight than what you say about yourself, for buyers and for AI. A host introducing you as the expert is exactly that.
Be present everywhere your buyers look. Decide what they find.

How do we get you booked?
We position you
We figure out what you're the expert on and who needs to hear it. Then we build the angles hosts actually say yes to.
We pitch and book
We use our 800+ host relationships to pitch you to shows your buyers already listen to, and handle all the back and forth. 2 bookings a month, and the first usually lands within about two weeks.
You show up. We repurpose.
You spend about an hour on the recording. After it airs, we turn the episode into 15–30 clips, quote graphics, and posts.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $1.5K a month for 2 podcast bookings a month. It's month-to-month, so you're never locked in, but we don't recommend starting unless you can commit to at least 5–6 months. Podcast guesting builds on itself, and that's when it really pays off.
What kind of podcasts will I be on?
Shows your buyers already listen to. We pick by audience fit first: who listens, what industry, what role. A show that reaches the right 2,000 people beats one that reaches the wrong 200,000.
How big are the audiences?
It varies by show and niche. We go for relevance over raw size. [PROOF: typical audience range, if you want to state one]
What if I'm not a great speaker?
You don't need to be. Podcasts are conversations, not keynotes. We position you before we pitch, so you know the angles you're there to talk about. [CONFIRM: any pre-interview prep you offer]
How much of my time does this take?
Most clients spend about 4–5 hours a month, all in. That covers the recordings, any pre-interviews a host asks for, quick check-ins with us, and sharing the content we make for you. We handle the research, pitching, scheduling, and repurposing.
Who's a good fit?
Founders, CEOs, and C-suite leaders with a clear buyer and real expertise to share. If you can talk for 45 minutes about the problems your customers have, you're likely a fit. The application tells us for sure.
